Pest control company in Westchester county is looking for a Administrative Assistant to help in all office duties.
- This position will start off as a part time job but will gradually become a full time job depending on how quickly candidate catches on.
- Multitasking is a key. You have to do office work as well as deal with customers, vendors and technicians. Prior multitasking at a previous job is a HUGE plus.
- Duties will include answering phones, filing, invoicing, scheduling jobs for techs, etc.
- Previous Administrative Assistant experience is a plus.
- A person coming from a fast past paced environment will excel in this position.
- Our busy season is April thru October.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus.
- 401K is offered after 3 months.
- Healthcare is offered after candidate starts working 30 hours or more.
- One week vacation is given after first year.
