Overview
The Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in the smooth operation of the organization by providing administrative and clerical support. They are responsible for handling various office tasks and ensuring that all administrative duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and managing correspondence
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Assist in organizing and maintaining office common areas
- Handle requests and queries from senior managers
- Manage office budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness
- Assist in organizing company events and employee team-building activities
Required Qualifications
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant, virtual assistant, or office admin assistant
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

- Proficient typing and data entry skills
