Job Description
You will be joining a team focused on providing the highest quality of service to their client.
Hours/Breaks:
- Contract Administration-interpret, planning, and execute contracted services at UAF.
- Coordinating communications between clients, contract managers, and workers.
- In charge of On-Boarding of new personnel to include safety and other orientation.
- Client Services-Meet inspectors and building users to coordinate services.
- Answer phones and direct incoming calls as well as take and distributing messages for staff.
- Working on QMS database.
- Dispatching work orders.
- Route incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail.
- Distribute/collect job applications.
- Screen applicants.
- Data Entry.
- Shredding.
- Filing.
- Make copies using a copy machine.
- Fax or scan documents when needed.
- Payroll assistance.
- Greet visitors and assist any applicants.
- Order supplies/materials as directed by field staff and maintain records.
- Receive supply deliveries.
- Assist employees when they come in to pick up equipment or supplies for their jobs.
- Clean the office and keep it stocked.
- Assist Payroll/Safety/ HR.
- Misc. office duties.
- Will perform additional duties based on the business needs of the operation.
PAY: $19 - $23 per hour; based on experience.
