OfficeManagement
- Greets visitors,consumers,andemployeestoassessneedsandhelpordirectvendors accordingly.
- Distributeallmail,faxes,anddeliveriestothe appropriate"owner.’’
- Overseeandorganizeallmassmailingprojects.
- Maintainsfrontofficefilesandorganizationalsystemsto ensureeasydocument access.
- Orderandmaintainofficesuppliesfortheadministrativeoffices.
- Abilitytooperatestandardofficeequipment.
- Maintainsintegrityofofficeequipment.
- Createandmaintainmonthlybuspassmailings forSARC.
- Assist withthecollectionand documentationofchecksreceived.
AdministrativeSupport
- Collaborateswiththe ExecutiveDirectoronallgrantpotential.
- Coordinatewiththe ProgramsandEventsCommitteeonallevents,fromstarttofinish, includingmailinganddatabasemaintenance.
- Maintainandupdatethe donationsdatabase.
- Createsalldonationacknowledgmentsandensuresthattheyaremailedpromptly.
- AssembleanddistributecommitteeandBoardpacketsasdirectedby theChairandED.
- CoordinatesthenewsletterandholidaymailingswiththeExecutiveDirector.
- SupportsProgramDirectorswithSpecialinterestprojectsandeventsasneeded.
- Supportsthe ExecutiveDirectorinallotherassignedduties.

REQUIREMENTS
· Valid Ca. Driver’s license and clean driving record.
· Fingerprint clearance through the Department of Justice.
Education & Experience:
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in administration.Must have other business-related administration experience.
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Word, Word Merging, Excel, QuickBooks, and Zoom.
- Strong written and oral skills.
- Sound customer service skills; listens, understands, and responds to employee/administrative needs.
- Proven ability to perform well in a deadline-sensitive environment
