Mind & Body Wellness Center is a small business in Omaha, NE. We are professional, agile, innovative and our goal is to Provide Ketamine Assisted Therapy to those who cannot gain ground with traditional psychotherapy and pharamcological therapy, for Depression, severe anxiety, PTSD, and post addiction withdrawl syndrome. .

Duties:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries and complaints
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
- Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other documents
- File and retrieve documents, records, and reports
- Transcribe notes from meetings or dictations
- Perform data entry and update databases as needed
Experience:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a related role
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management systems
- Experience with order entry and data entry is a plus
- Previous experience in event planning or working in a medical office is preferred
