ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT: NOT A REMOTE POSITION
Provides administrative support, with many of the duties being high-level administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Administration: Ordering, tracking and maintaining company inventory and mailing of company items.
- Calendar and Schedule Management: Coordinate and manage the scheduling of meetings, appointments, and email correspondence.
- Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel for staff members as necessary. Coordinate flights, accommodations, and itineraries while considering cost-effectiveness and time efficiency.
- Expense Management: Review and prepare itineraries and expense reimbursements and credit card statements to receipts reconciliation.
- Build Relationships: Directly or indirectly manage ongoing events.
- Information Management: Maintain and organize time sensitive information, both electronic and hard-copy formats.
- Perform other support as needed or assigned.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Applicant should possess excellent phone and people skills, show initiative, and take great pride in their work.
- Applicant must be organized and detail oriented.
- Writing skills are a plus.
- Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software and able to learn new or updated software.
- Willingness to learn and assume responsibility.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, transformational environment.

- Ability to be self-directed, take initiative, anticipate demands, and problem solve.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills coupled with the ability to quickly determine the most important priorities among the many urgent needs.
