Contact Center Staff Administrator
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Trinity Solar LLC is looking for talented people who are detail-oriented and service-minded to support our Contact Center staff with on-boarding, facilitating shifts and schedules, and tracking training and professional development milestones. We are seeking highly motivated and reliable candidates to join our team and help maximize the productivity levels for our 150+ person Contact Center department. The Contact Center Staff Administrator will provide support for the Contact Center Leadership Team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Liaise with Human Resources to set up new hire classes for the Contact Center and facilitate flow of information to new hires regarding their onboarding process and start dates.
- Track completion of all necessary training from new hire training through continuing education and development courses for tenured employees.
- Assign and track completion of any knowledge assessments following training delivery.
- Assist Contact Center Leadership Team in developing and maintaining staff shift schedules, tracking call-outs and replacements as needed.
- Assist Contact Center Leadership Team in managing requests for Paid Time Off from Contact Center staff members.
- Facilitate annual performance review scheduling for the management team.
- Ability to assist with frontline troubleshooting of any issues an employee might be experiencing with Trinity processes or equipment.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, but not required.
- Highly organized with great attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-started, self-managed, and a team player.
- Service mindset, driven to support the team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
