Administrative/Office Assistant – Full time; hourly rate based on experience. Hiring a legal assistant to work at a small law firm located in Brandon, Florida.
Duties include:
*Reception; answering phones, scheduling appointments, and calendaring deadlines
*Ordering office supplies
*Organizing and maintaining files
*Preparing letters, legal documents, and pleadings
*Filing pleadings with the courts and setting hearings
*Entering time in PCLaw and preparing billing
Requirements:
*Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and preferably PCLaw
