Administrative Assistant

Job Description: Administrative Assistant (Front Desk)

General Clerical Duties:

• Answer Telephone
• Manage interruptions, solicitors, etc.
• Manage Front Office Operations
• Aid with filing
• Retrieve, open and sort mail
• Prepare meeting notes
• Update and maintain property phone list
• Update and maintain emergency contact list
• Prepare Tenant Activity Notices
• Issue Late Opening/Early Closing Fines

Operations Duties:

• Inform Maintenance of tenant complaints/issues/repairs
• Maintain vendor/contractor insurance book
• Update and maintain Construction Guidelines

Marketing/Leasing Duties:

• Complete STL checklist for new tenants
• Maintain STL insurance certificates
• Assist with Marketing events
• Assist with mall signage
• Assist with maintaining/posting on social media and the website

(Other duties as assigned)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
