Support all administrative functions necessary to improve the daily efficiency needed to meet productivity on a consistent basis. Maintain high levels of service for internal and external personnel through various tasks and duties assigned.
- Create reports as requested by the department manager.
- Perform a variety of job functions using the following systems: MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook), Crystal Reports, QlikView.
- Conduct order research and compose professional email responses to all inquiries received.
- Answer and redirect incoming calls, ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and daily.
- Ability to coach and cross-train on all daily functions to help strengthen team knowledge and awareness of proper processing of daily transactions.
- Keep work area safe, organized, and clean according to general office practices and OSHA requirements daily.
- Other duties as deemed necessary.
