General Description:
The Fuse Network is looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant that is well organized and highly efficient and effective with project management. This position is responsible for all administrative support for the CEO, including, but not limited to, assisting with managing project timelines, managing the schedule/calendar, prepare meeting agendas, coordinate meeting follow up, initial analysis of data, marketing and development support and drafting correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
Superb interpersonal and organizational skills are vital for this role. Suitable candidates must be comfortable with technology, willingness to learn new systems, excellent written and verbal communicators, and possess the ability to identify opportunities and embrace an attitude of continual performance improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Provide confidential administrative support for the CEO.
- Managing the schedule/calendar, prepare a comprehensive monthly meeting schedule, making meeting arrangement.
- Screening and handling telephone communications, and dealing with administrative problems and inquiries as appropriate.
- Attend various meetings including monthly Board Meetings, Leadership Meetings to record meeting minutes.
- Assist with managing project timelines for multiple personnel on several concurrent projects.
- Data entry to update and maintain spreadsheets and company programs.
- Maintain vehicles daily inspections, annual inspections, scheduling repairs and maintenance.
- Document preparation including proofreading and letter composition for agency.
- Handle follow-up verbal and written communications acting as liaison.
- Maintain confidential company information.
- Support outcome measurement systems.
- Prepare meeting materials for the CEO. Assist the CEO electronic /President with filing, copying, and collating. Prepare printed matter and other material for mailing.
- Follow up with staff members on assignments and projects on behalf of the CEO.
- Coordinate board meetings, activities, correspondences, and special projects as assigned.
Essential Functions of the Position:
- Ability to work in a multidimensional work environment
- Ability to work from all program sites located in Coshocton, Licking and Muskingum Counties.
- Ability to use web based conferencing.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
