Responsibilities include:
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Greet and assist customers as needed
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Transcribe and distribute meeting minutes
- Perform various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Coordinate projects and ensure deadlines are met
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a secretary or Administrative Assistant
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in transcribing information
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and basic project coordination
- EXPERIENCE USING QUICKBOOKS IS A MUST
