- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
- Hand out/track safety shoe vouchers, manage checklists and logs in MS software
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports (in either Excel or SAP)
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Order office supplies including coffe, and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain contact lists
- Book travel arrangements for management as needed
- Order catering and lunches for management meetings as needed
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Provide general support to visitors
- Strong technical skills and excellent computer literacy in a variety of Microsoft and web-based programs
- Previous experience supporting an individual, a team or project work.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or office admin assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficient in MS Office and SAP
- High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
