Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Posting any available job positions as needed
- Checking our hiring/application platform daily for new applicants
- Scheduling and performing interviews
- Creating and sending offer letters
- Following up for any missing information
- Creating new email username and passwords
- Adding new employees to all applicable CRM’s
- Having all necessary materials ready for their first day (Business cards, apparel, Material Samples, iPads, etc)
- Setting up basic training with CRMs
- Implement "first day" training with introduction to the company
- Verifying employee actually started as scheduled
- Scheduling and performing a two week interview to follow up on
- Determining if the employee needs health coverage and getting enrollment started
- Assist others in the office as needed, which may include using Microsoft Office.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
