What You’ll Do Here
We’re on a mission to build the best member experience in America. A successful Salesforce Administrator should have a strong understanding of business processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions. The Salesforce Administrator will report into the Director of Investment Technology.
Responsibilities
- All aspects of user management including new user setup and deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions / permission sets, public groups.
- Salesforce configuration changes including, but not limited to creating and troubleshooting flows, Lightning record pages, record types, dashboards, and reports.
- Identify and gather project requirements from users and stakeholders. Organize these requests into the JIRA project board and work with leadership on prioritization.
- Utilize JIRA reporting features to provide insights into project progress and issue resolution.
- Ensure that tickets and tasks in Salesforce align with corresponding items in the JIRA project board.
- Create and maintain documentation in Confluence (internal) and Knowledge (external) repositories for staff and members.
- Provide ongoing internal and external user training, including all new member firm training on the member portal via Experience Cloud.
- Import, export, and update data using data loader tools. Ensure data integrity and cleanliness.
- Work to improve existing processes, and support operational priorities as needed.
- Stay updated on the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.
- Align Salesforce functionalities with business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.
Qualifications
- 2 – 3 years of Salesforce Administrator experience (Financial Service Cloud preferred).
- Working knowledge of Experience Cloud.
- Ability to quickly problem solve and work independently.
- Experience in client facing support roles.
- Familiarity with agile methodology.
- Salesforce Administrator Certificate, or ability to obtain this within 6 months of employment.
