The Role (types of things you will be working on day to day)
- Human Resources administrative support:
- Timely employee updates in HR systems with follow up communication
- Help with coordination of HR Programs as needed
- Years of Service Program
- Employee Recognition and Awards
- Trainings
- Employer Compliance promotion across branches
- HR Process Documentation
- New Employee Onboarding
- VIP Program (new employee’s 1st year)
- Boot/Tool Purchase Program
- System Administration (learning management system, HRIS – Ascentis or UKG experience a plus)
- Data entry of historical records, training records, uniform and boot/tool allowance tracking, etc.
- Safety Compliance Companies
- Account Maintenance (ISNetworld, BROWZ, Avetta, GRMS, Veriforce)
- Monthly ISN Numbers
- Insurance Certificates and monthly updates
- Prescription Safety Glasses Administration
- OSHA 10 Enrollments
- Other administrative duties as needed
- Sales administrative support:
- Collaborate with the Sales team to gather, print, and organize materials and swag for trade shows and conferences
- Assist with maintaining local print marketing asset collection
- Assist with management of the local branch centralized repositories of technical sales documents and tools
- Assist with travel arrangement
- Coordinate logistics for sales meetings, including venue booking (if necessary), catering needs, technology needs, and material preparation
- Provide on-site support during sales events to ensure smooth execution, including regional rotating equipment schools
- Other Sales projects as assigned from sales leadership
- General administrative support:
- Coordinate execution of local branch events
- Organize and maintain common areas including conference rooms, sales bullpens, training rooms, and kitchen to ensure a best-in-class customer experience
- Distribute mail
- Manage building visitors
- Answer phone system when needed as backup
