- · Assist with telephone operation, guest reception, and faxing in a timely fashion and with all inquiries.
- · Audits of client charts and billing.
- · Clean and maintain a neat office.
- · Organize Documents and Office Supplies.
- · Keep continuous communication with Staff to inform them of Documentation Requirements and their new Client status.
- · Print Approved Progress Notes and File.
- · Pre-screen Client Referrals via Phone for Service Eligibility and Assignment.
- · Maintain the work structure by scheduling interviews for upper management and keeping active communication of potential-filled positions.
- · Prepare new hire documentation for the first day with onboarding materials. Ensure proper spaces and items are in order before the employee's first day and approved by upper management.
- · Maintain new-hire HR requirements for record by designing a filing and retrieval system, keeping past and current records in a solidified location.
- · Assist with additional requirements as approved and deemed necessary by owner and management.
- Knowledge of the principles, techniques and practices related to the provision for community based mental health support services.
- Knowledge of casework documentation and requirements to assure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Knowledge of mental illness and therapeutic interventions.
- Knowledge in software systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of community resources and entitlement benefits
- Ability to utilize clinical supervision to improve service delivery and documentation
- Successfully complete training in CPR & First Aid, behavioral management techniques
- The Administrative Assistant will have at minimum a Bachelor's Degree in a relatable field)
- At least one to two years of administrative experience.
- Must be proficient on software systems
- The employee must successfully pass a criminal background check, maintain a valid driver's license and have a satisfactory driving record with DMV.
