Overview:
The Administrative Analyst plays a pivotal role in supporting the administrative functions of the organization while also providing analytical insights to aid the decision-making processes. This role involves a blend of administrative duties, data analysis, and reporting responsibilities to ensure operational efficiency and strategic planning.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Process travel expense reports for executives
Data Analysis:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data as it relates to product returns and sales
- Develop and maintain databases to store and manage data efficiently.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and visualizations to communicate findings effectively
- Perform daily invoice and ASN transmission process.
- Post customer remittances to QBO software
Communication and Collaboration:
- Serve as a liaison between different departments, facilitating communication and collaboration on projects and initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to gather requirements and provide support as needed.
- Cultivate positive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to foster a collaborative work environment.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations in all administrative activities.
- Perform quality assurance checks on data and documents to maintain accuracy and integrity.
- Assist in audit processes and address any discrepancies or issues identified.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in administrative support roles, with a strong emphasis on data analysis and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Ability to travel 10-15% of the time
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
