Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director in overseeing the daily operations of the organization
- Collaborate with staff to develop and implement educational programs and initiatives
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff members
- Manage and allocate resources effectively, including budgeting and financial planning
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including parents, students, and community members
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies
- Assist in strategic planning and goal setting for the organization
- Support the Director in evaluating program effectiveness and making necessary improvements
Experience:
- Previous experience in education administration or a related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Knowledge of educational best practices and current trends in education
- Ability to effectively educate and communicate with diverse groups of individuals
- Experience in budgeting and financial management
- Strategic planning skills to help shape the future direction of the organization
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
