Freight Breakers, LLC is currently searching for a Admin Assistantfor our Conover Office. FB is an established, and growing, warehouse/distribution service with approximately 350+ employees based in Conover, North Carolina and operating in States though-out the US. The ideal candidate has previous administrative experience in the warehouse industry.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with correspondence, recruiting, new hires, record keeping, reports, files, appointments, and invoices to accomplish efficient and quality communications.
- Coordinate and complete various office tasks such as mailing, copying, faxing, data entry, and ordering of supplies for the department.
- Assist Safety and Operations with projects as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Use of various office equipment to include computers, calculators, copy/fax machines.
- Computer literate with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency in English, arithmetic, and proper grammar.
- Must be able to uphold a high level of confidentiality.
- Efficient in organization of paperwork and preparation of forms/documents.
- Bilingual - read, write, speak Spanish & English fluently (preferred, not required)
- Valid driver s license
