Supreme Finish Auto Detailing in Raleigh, NC is looking for one Admin Assistant to join our 8-person strong team. We are located at 3125 Gresham Lake Rd 103 Raleigh, NC 27615. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and engaged.

Responsibilities

• Field telephone calls
• Receive and direct visitors
• Maintain and coordinate schedules, appointments, and calendars
• Create spreadsheets, presentations, and marketing materials
• Maintain an organized filing system
• Conduct internet research
• Place orders for office equipment or business needs
• Enter data into reports as needed
• Create email and postal mail campaigns

Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to organize and create orderly systems
• Experienced in computer technology that includes Excel, Google Docs, PowerPoint, and social media marketing

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $14.00 - $18.00/hour.
