Our corporate finance/ accounting team is designed in a manner to meet deadlines, provide accurate, timely, and meaningful reporting results for internal use, plan for the financial needs of the business units, and provide operational guidance to our Senior Leadership while complying with SEC guidelines.
The AR/Billing Specialist will be primarily responsible for sending new invoices to clients and ensuring all outstanding invoices are paid in full and on time. They are client-focused and assist them with any issues with invoices.
What you'll be doing:
- Receives and verifies the accuracy of orders from customers utilizing the organization's internal ERP systems
- Processes a high volume of customer invoices/changes according to established department policies and procedures for Domestic and International business units.
- Receives inquiries from and/or contacts customers to resolve a variety of invoice-related issues.
- Notifies the Credit Department of any required customer account updates and potential issues.
- Compiles and maintains all required paperwork, records, and documentation.
- Ensures and provides quality service to both internal and external customers.
What we are looking for:
- Extremely detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Knowledge of, and proficiency with, Windows and Google-based software.
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel desired
- Experience with ERP systems, Sage a plus
- Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality.
- Has a pleasant, patient, and friendly attitude.
- Ability to work on-site in a professional environment
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overtime when required.
