Position: Accounts Receivable Specialist
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Location: Fort Lauderdale
Compensation: $18-22

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable for water and mold services, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and payment collection.
• Communicate professionally and courteously with clients to follow up on outstanding balances and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Utilize accounting software and tools effectively to track receivables and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline billing processes and improve collections efficiency.
• Provide regular reports and updates on accounts receivable status to management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in accounts receivable, preferably in the water and mold services industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach to collections.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have reliable transportation.
