- Determines cost of operations by establishing standard costs; collecting operational data.
- Identifies financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
- Accounts Receivable invoicing, credit / debit memos, cash applications, A/R follow-up, account reconciliation, A/R aging reports, cashflow, and daily sales and chargeback matching of SAP and 3PL
- Financial Reporting general ledger analysis, gross-to-net calculations, month-end closing, P&L and Balance Sheet
- Improves financial status by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to management.
- Reconciliation of customer accounts and reconciles transactions by comparing and correcting data on periodic basis.
- Customer collection, review the AR aging report on the weekly basis and follow up for overdue payments by dunning method in SAP.
- Increases productivity by developing automated accounting applications, coordinating information requirements.
- Review GTN report generated by SAP, update COGS, CP, RBT rates on regular basis, able to analyze the GTN report, find out gaps and resolve
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Analyze the profit share statements received from the Sales partners, do the trend analysis, and identify the irregularities,
- Review the inventory reports and identify the short dated products
- Product wise, customer wise profitability analysis and to identify low margin or loss-making products.
- Daily reconciliation with 3 PL Sales invoices, Chargebacks processed with SAP.
