Spherion is seeking an AR Specialist for an assignment in Frenchtown, NJ.
Responsibilities:
Primary Responsibilities
Generate customer Invoices
Assist Controller to identify and correct cost of sales errors and omissions
Create new customers/credit checks
Commission calculation and administration ...

Monitor open AR to maintain customers within payment terms
Collection calls
Input cash receipts
Daily cash reporting
Develop written procedures for assigned tasks
Process invoicing for RMA?s
Other duties as required
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Preference will be given for these skills and experience:
Sage 100/MAS90/MAS200 experience
Associates/Bachelor?s Degree with an accounting concentration
Familiar with Accounts Payable processes
Education:
No Degree Required
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Minimum Education & Experience
High School Diploma
Previous experience with Invoicing and Collections
Proficiency with Microsoft Office ? Skills may be tested as part of the interview
Previous experience with general accounting tasks
Ability to learn new tasks
Excellent communication skills (telephone/email)
Ability to think on your feet and respond to changing priorities
