Location: Florence, AL
Qualifications
1. Minimum of two-year degree; bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred.
2. Knowledge of computer programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
3. Ability to interact positively with clients and other employees via phone or email.
4. High attention to detail.
Duties
1. Process documentation from PSS-administered classes and fieldwork.
2. Invoice clients for services performed.
3. Follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivable.
4. Work with accounting staff to accurately report sales.
5. Answer clients’ invoicing questions.
6. Run sales reports and deliver them to management.
7. Work with PSS insurance company to provide certificates of insurance to clients.
8. Report to work Monday – Friday during business hours.
9. Other duties as assigned to benefit PSS.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
