Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Crew Leader to join our team. The Crew Leader will oversee a team of lawn care technicians, ensuring that all services are delivered to the highest standards of quality and professionalism. The ideal candidate will have a passion for lawn care, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a crew of lawn care technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Plan daily work assignments, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and according to company standards.
- Perform a variety of lawn care duties, including mowing, trimming, edging, weeding.
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure quality control and adherence to safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address any questions, concerns, or special requests.
- Maintain equipment in good working condition, conducting routine maintenance and repairs as necessary.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, including but not limited to safety regulations, quality standards, and scheduling protocols.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development among crew members.
- Represent the company in a professional manner at all times, embodying our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping, with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of lawn care techniques, equipment operation, and plant identification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve excellence.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift heavy objects as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in landscaping or horticulture is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 45 – 65 per week

- Monday to Friday
- No nights
- Weekends as needed
