Erickson Senior Living is expanding our Accounts Receivable (A/R) team due to significant growth. The Accounts Receivable (A/R) Associate directly impacts our business to ensure accurate billing for resident healthcare services.
How you will impact the A/R Team:
- Prepare accurate pre-billing review, Third Party Billing, follow-up, and Third Party Billing cash posting of charges for an assigned business line.
- Provide exceptional customer service in partnership with our A/R Help Desk team.
- Conduct admissions and census review to ensure correct and timely Third Party Billing set up of resident accounts.
- Complete 3rd party payment follow-up and reconciliation.
Compensation:
Commensurate with experience paying up to $23.00/hour

What you will need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Minimum 2 years healthcare Accounts Receivable experience in billing, collections, cash posting, or other healthcare revenue cycle-related experience, Or
- Graduation from accredited 2-year college with coursework in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Finance/Administration or related field of study
- Knowledge of Vision or other medical practice management systems preferred
- Current Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist (CRCS-I) from the American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management (AAHAM) preferred
