Accounts Receivable Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team. As an Accounts Receivable Associate, you will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of Accounts Receivable including creating and submitting invoices, processing incoming payments, all while ensuring accuracy and timeliness and driving a positive customer experience.

Salary Range: $55,000-$60,000 per year, commensurate with experience

Responsibilities:

• Full responsibility of customer invoicing for contract jobs and T&M work
• Applying cash receipts and making bank deposits via remote scanner
• Accurately entering jobs and budget information into the system including any subsequent change orders
• Timely preparation of waivers
• Communicating with clients in regards to past due invoices and/or invoice discrepancies
• Performing clerical/administrative functions including data entry, typing, file maintenance and document preparation
• Supporting other departments, as needed

Qualifications:

Education/Experience

• Associate’s degree or equivalent; or at least two years related experience; or comparable combination of education and experience.

Computer Skills

• Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook and Word
• Sage 100 Contractor knowledge experience a plus but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
