Accounts Receivable Associate!
Farmington Foods is looking for an Accounts Receivable Associate to join their team. How You Will Contribute:
- Optimizes various tools and resources to manage customer receivables.
- Prepares product release documentation for cold storage inventory.
- Verifies distribution of invoices through EDI and other methods.
- Administers the posting of incoming deposits to appropriate customer accounts.
- Generates claims for unpaid invoices via customer portals.

Experience and Skills
About You:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years bookkeeping/accounting experience.
- Fundamental working knowledge of Excel.
- Proficiency with Outlook.
