Full Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Accounts Payable administrator to be responsible for processing all invoices received for payment and to maintain all compliance records pertaining to our suppliers/vendors/subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Process and post incoming invoices using our accounting system
• Print all checks and maintain an organized filing system of unpaid and paid invoices.
• Provide re-sale certificates/compliance documents to suppliers/vendors/subcontractors.
• Reconcile the Accounts Payable aging reports and ensure accurate postings and filings.
• Facilitate payment of invoices due.

Skills

• Proven working experience as Accounts Payable clerk (or accounts receivable clerk)
• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles
• Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
• Accurate data entry skills
• Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software
• Proficiency in English and in MS Office
• Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
