We're looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join us onsite at our HQ in New York! In this role, you will help us achieve our mission by tracking outbound payments and assigning charges. You'll be joining a small team, and we're looking for someone with strong communication skills!
What You'll Do
- Receive and log inbound invoices relating to vehicle charges
- Properly record and match invoices to vehicles
- Provide monthly reporting on outstanding invoices
- Negotiate payment terms and eliminate double payments
- Assist with onboarding and training of new technicians
- Fuel a collaborative and inclusive work environment
What We Look For
- 2-4 years of experience with Accounts Payable
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Organizational skills for high-volume data processing (100+ transactions per week)
- Effective communication with external vendors, team members, and peers
- Logical mindset as it relates to monetary negotiations
- A proactive approach to daily work tasks
- Experience with automotive and/or local municipality payment processes preferred
- Mastery of Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency with NetSuite required

Compensation range: $60,000 - $90,000
