Cordia Resources is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist. As an Accounts Payable Specialist you will be responsible for managing the Accounts Payable process with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and utilizing Sage Intacct software to streamline financial workflows. This is a key role that ensures timely payments to vendors and supports the overall financial health of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable Processing:

• Process and review invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
• Utilize Sage Intacct to input and manage Accounts Payable transactions efficiently.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

Vendor Communication:

• Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries and resolve any issues.
• Maintain positive relationships with vendors to ensure smooth payment processes.

Sage Intacct Expertise:

• Leverage Sage Intacct software to optimize Accounts Payable workflows.
• Provide training and support to team members on Sage Intacct functionalities.

Month-end Close:

• Assist in month-end close activities related to Accounts Payable.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist.
• Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
• Strong proficiency in Sage Intacct software is required.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data entry and transaction processing.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
