Accounts Payable Clerk – Part-time

• 1-3 years of accounts payable experience

• Yardi experience is a plus

Responsibilities may include:

• Review invoices to ensure all payments are made timely and accurately
• Review invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
• Enters vendor invoices into accounting software and assign proper workflow
• Mails signed checks as necessary
• Answers all vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies on invoices and statements
• Maintains all accounts payable reports, spreadsheets and corporate accounts payable files
• Assists managment and others as needed
• Assists in monthly closing
• Prepares analysis of accounts payables as required
• Assists in 1099 preparation and distribution
• Obtains online invoices
• Other duties as assigned by management

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in accounts payable
• Knowledge of general ledger practices
• Ability to learn accounting software and processes
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• YARDI software experience a plus

Compensation commensurate with experience.
