Sr. Payable Strategy Analyst

Job Description:

• Under general supervision, plans and executes payment strategy development and detailed outstanding accounts receivable analytics of moderate to high complexity.
  
• Plans and executes organizational strategies and programs.
  
• Applies extensive knowledge of tools to perform system analysis as well as thorough analysis of business inquiry, navigating systems and processes for root cause.
  
• Understands and extracts data from internal sources and methods for data extraction efficiencies.
  
  

Skills/Knowledge/Experience Considered a Plus:

• Understanding of Accounts Payable (AP) functions and Oracle Cloud Financials.
  
• Quality improvement experience such as QDM, Six Sigma, or related
  
• Expertise in with querying and analyzing data.
  
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and other Microsoft office tools.
  
• Attention to detail with strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree/equivalent in a quantitative discipline such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering, operations research, economics, finance, accounting or other quantitative area of business.
  
• Three (3) years’ experience directly related to analytical/quantitative business processing, systems development, or operations research.
  
• Demonstrated experience with accounts payable and payment management, financial analysis, and computer modeling.
  
• Strong human relations, communications, organizational, and analytical skills.
  
• More advanced degrees may offset experience requirements

Domicile:
Position may be hybrid in Collierville, TN or Pittsburgh, PA and candidates must live within a reasonable commutable distance. This position is hybrid, meaning that employees must be onsite as directed by leadership but allows team members flexibility to work from home otherwise.
Relocation:
Relocation assistance may be available based upon business needs.
