We are looking for an organized Accounts Payable Manager to oversee and direct all Accounts Payable processing and procedures, ensuring our department runs smoothly and is within compliance. The individual in this role will be a key member of the finance team for our fast-growing business. This Orlando based position.

Essential Functions:

• Oversee full cycle of Accounts Payable operation, including vendor set-up, invoice entry and coding, employee expense reimbursements, payment processing, month-end close responsibilities and vendor expense analysis.
• Develop Accounts Payable staff providing guidance, support and ensuring efficient workflow.
• Establish department policies and procedures.
• Ensure completeness, accuracy and validity of vendor invoices.
• Manage vendor and independent contractor relationships, including correspondence and resolutions.
• Adhere to company policies regarding approvals and disbursements.
• Work closely with accounting, finance and other teams to oversee monthly close activities including accruals.
• Partner with accounting and finance for cash flow forecasting needs and maintain strong internal controls over cash disbursements.
• Drive the implementation of the vendor bill process between NetSuite and OpenAir.
• Identify and implement automated payment processes and approval flows.
• Ensure compliance with vendor 1099 filings and year-end reporting requirements.
• Implement and monitor key metrics over Accounts Payable transactions.
• Assist with audit requests and other ad-hoc reporting needs.

Job Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable with at least 2 years of management/leadership experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience working with complex contracts
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and accrual accounting
• Experience with job/project costing
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States of America.
• Will not require Falcon’s Treehouse, LLC to commence (“sponsor”) an immigration case in order to be employed (now or in the future).
