Accounts Payable Clerk

TrailersPlus/Interstate is the largest network of trailer dealerships in the country,

with over 80 stores, and we have been in business since 1995. We are a well-

established organization and are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to help

maintain and grow our company. This is your chance to join an industry leader

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: (Other

duties may be assigned)

● Accounts payable invoice coding and data entry

● Research and resolve Accounts Payable issues with vendors

● Reconcile employee credit card expenses

● Develop and maintain excel spreadsheets

● Prepare sales and use tax returns for multiple states

Qualifications:

Accounts Payable experience preferred

Ability to multi-task duties and meet strict deadlines

Strong computer skills, knowledge of Google, Excel, and Mac applications

Experience with NetSuite software preferred

Data entry experience

Willingness to take on added responsibilities as company needs arise

Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy

Energetic and assertive self-starter who enjoys working in a fast paced, high-

growth company

The accounting department is a close-knit team that provides an energetic

working environment, and the culture is based on teamwork and respect. Dress

code is casual. Work hours are Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm, 2-3 days a

month working until 6:30pm and an occasional Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm.
