Accounts Payable Associate

SupplyHouse.com, a fast growing and successful e-commerce company, seeks a full time entry levelAccounts Payable Associate to add to our Accounting Team! The selected individual will be responsible for ensuring that our company’s suppliers are paid accurately and on time. 

This is a remote-based role from select states within the U.S. At this time, we are only able to employ those located in the following states:Arizona, Delaware, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Wisconsin, Tennessee, and Texas.

This position will require travel to our NY office headquarters up to four times per year for internal meetings and team-building activities.

The cost of travel for employees out of the area will be covered by the company. Additionally, our offices are always available for staff to use as much as desired.

A company laptop and other necessary equipment will be provided along with a $250 stipend for your work from home space.

Role Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Location: Remote (Arizona, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Wisconsin, Tennessee, and Texas)

Salary: $50,000 (annually) 

Responsibilities:

• Price checking and reviewing all invoices for approval prior to payment
• Putting payments together and ensuring vendors are paid both accurately and in a timely manner so that discounts are applied appropriately
• Data entry using NetSuite
• Processing and keeping track of return credits
• Effectively work with various internal parties to resolve discrepancies between invoices, purchase orders (POs), and payments
• Respond to all co-worker and vendor inquires in a professional and timely manner

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Accounting and Business degrees preferred)
• Proficient data entry skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Pleasant and personal demeanor
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
