· Enter AP invoices into Quick Books

· Reconcile vendor account statements

· File & mail weekly AP checks

· Email AR Invoices

· Post customer payments

· Prepare bank deposit

· Collect AR

· Process vendor and customer refunds & credits

· Correspond with vendors & customers

· File AP & AR invoices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
