Reports to: Office Manager
Job Duties:
- Receive and process invoices
- Balance and reconcile vendor statements
- Ensure credit is received for shortages and returns
- Ensure invoices are paid in a timely, accurate manner and products are received before payment is issued
- Filing of all Accounts Payable Invoices/checks
- Process Best One Commercial Road Knight claims
- Maintain fuel card account
- Assist in establishing relationships with vendors
- Maintain petty cash
- Protects the organization's value by keeping information confidential
- Assist with various office needs
- Other Duties as Assigned

- Accounting/AP experience preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel required

- Maintain a clean, professional appearance
- Must be able to pass a background check

- Work schedule is 8 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday
Compensation details: 18-20 Hourly Wage
