1st Shift 7am-3pm M-F
Purpose of Position: The Technician will contribute to the success of the Accounting Department by performing Accounts Payable payment processing, budget reporting, mid-year and year-end auditing and Accounts Payable coordination.
Essential Job Functions

• Accounts Payable coordination.
• Accounts Payable processing.
• Budget report preparation.
• Mid-year and year-end audit document preparation.
• Other Accounting administrative duties as assigned.
• Verification of information for accuracy with attention to detail and timely processing.

Experience and Knowledge

• Knowledge, education and/or experience in Accounting preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.

Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work within a team structure.
• Strong math skills.
• Ability to be trained in Glovia applications and Crystal reports.
