Resident Transport Driver/Accounts Payable

Job Summary:
We are looking for dependable, professional, and detail-oriented Resident Transport Driver/Accounts Payable to join our highly respected team of professionals. This individual will be will be integral in our day to day activities as a company.
Job Responsibilities:

• Provides administrative support in accounts payable
• Plans, prioritizes, and organizes work assignments
• Manages calendars for Resident Transportation
• Uses business software applications( Microsoft Office) to prepare/generate reports, correspondence, and schedule Resident Transportation times
• Prepares and tracks reports for Administrator
• Ensure all files are documents are organized and timely filed
• Keep each project moving at a timely pace
• Provide timely communication to team members regarding each project assigned
• Other duties as required

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Active Ohio Driver's License
• Proof of insurability for company insurance program
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office software, basic email skills and general computer knowledge required
• Excellent customer service skills required
• Excellent communication skills required
