We are looking for dependable, professional, and detail-oriented Resident Transport Driver/Accounts Payable to join our highly respected team of professionals. This individual will be will be integral in our day to day activities as a company.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support in accounts payable
- Plans, prioritizes, and organizes work assignments
- Manages calendars for Resident Transportation
- Uses business software applications( Microsoft Office) to prepare/generate reports, correspondence, and schedule Resident Transportation times
- Prepares and tracks reports for Administrator
- Ensure all files are documents are organized and timely filed
- Keep each project moving at a timely pace
- Provide timely communication to team members regarding each project assigned
- Other duties as required
- Active Ohio Driver's License
- Proof of insurability for company insurance program
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office software, basic email skills and general computer knowledge required
- Excellent customer service skills required
- Excellent communication skills required
