We are seeking an experienced and professional Accounting Technician for our Accounts Receivable department. The Accounting Technician will be responsible for processing payments in a fast-paced, high volume environment. Payments will come via check, ACH, wire transfer, and credit card. Due to reporting guidelines, payments will need to be maintained on a daily basis. The process will include posting payments to our accounting systems as well as creating corresponding journal entries for each batch. Full training and ongoing support will be provided. This position is located in our company’s headquarters office in sunny Palm Coast, Florida.
What We're Looking For:
- Associates Degree in accounting OR related experience. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of cash posting experience.
- High attention to detail
- Proven experience meeting strict deadlines
- Able to hit the ground running
- Microsoft Office Suite experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication
