Must have 5+ years of Accounting experience along with a strong working knowledge of EXCEL. Dealership experience a plus.
Hours:
- M-F – 8:00—5:00 (may be extended during heavy sales activity and/or month end close)
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly reconciliations for multiple general ledger accounts
- Review Aging Schedules & research / document aged items
- Prepare daily EXCEL reports requiring merging multiple files
- Prepare daily template for posting EFT’s
- Work closely with Administration to ensure deals are booked properly and schedules cleared timely
- Assist Administration with research and preparing assigned reconciliations
- Ability to assist and seek information and data from various departments
- Prepare journal entries for various accounts
- Manage inventory schedules & resolve any outstanding items prior to month end close.
- Assist with new car/used car billing when required
- Assist with credit card & bank reconciliations
- Document and maintain clear, concise and correct desk procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
