- Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and summaries for management review.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Collaborate with external accountants for year-end audits and tax filings.
- Administer HR functions, including maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and managing benefits administration.
- Assist in recruitment efforts, including posting job openings and coordinating interviews.
- Facilitate employee onboarding and conduct orientation sessions.
- Handle employee inquiries and address HR-related concerns in a timely manner.
- Stay informed about employment laws and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Provide general administrative support to the team and management.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Coordinate meetings and maintain calendars for managers.
- Assist in travel arrangements and expense reporting.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in accounting, HR, or administration.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to manage up effectively, providing clear and concise updates to managers on project progress, timelines, and potential challenges.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
