Our client is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our daily operations run smoothly. Your ability to manage tasks, communicate effectively, and maintain meticulous attention to detail will be essential. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $18 to $22 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Proficiently handle a wide range of office tasks, including managing correspondence, maintaining filing systems, handling incoming and outgoing calls, and organizing office supplies
- Skillfully schedule meetings, appointments, and events using various tools and software platforms
- Coordinate logistics, send invitations, and ensure the smooth execution of scheduled activities
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, background checks, and coordinating volunteer schedules
- Draft professional correspondence, compose meeting agendas, and convey important information clearly and concisely
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Coordinator, Administrator, or in a similar role
- Hands-on experience with MS Office Suite (particularly MS Word and MS Excel)
- Familiarity with office equipment, such as printers and fax machines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High school diploma; additional qualification in Office Administration is a plus
