Playfly Sports is looking for an Accounting Coordinator to join our team in Berwyn, PA.
The Accounting Coordinator will facilitate the collection of invoices from clients to reconcile orders booked to the orders billed by station partners. This person will work closely with the Sr Manager to ensure that requests from the sales team and clients are met promptly and accurately to maximize Cash Flow efficiency. This position will follow the guidance of the Sr Manager to maintain schedules regarding the reconciliation of invoices, distributions owed, and commissions earned.
WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH
- Track invoices received from clients and assign them to their respective orders in billing system
- Facilitate data transfer from sales tracking system to billing system for commission payments
- Reconcile billing system data to statements from clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to resolve discrepancies in a timely manner to enable prompt invoicing to clients
- Update reconciliation files as directed by Sr Manager
- Assist in the automation of current manual processes
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide support and backup for the Accounting Analyst and Senior Accounting Analyst as needed
- Other job related duties as assigned
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- High-school Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 1-2 years work experience in Finance or Accounting
- Strong financial acumen and experience in Excel required
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and follow up
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to exercise independent judgment or identify when assistance is needed
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities timely and accurately
- Strong verbal and written communications skills

COMPENSATION
The pay range for this role is $55,000 to $60,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
