In addition to Accounting responsibilities, this position also provides administrative support for the Operations department, by working independently to perform a wide range of complex and confidential administrative, clerical support duties and data analysis. The candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to provide information and service to a wide range of internal and external guests.
General Responsibilities include:
- Ability to use multiple technical applications including Microsoft Office, Intuit QuickBooks Desktop, NCR Back Office, copy/scan/fax and other technical applications.
- Gather, analyze, and prepare information for distribution to multiple stakeholders.
- Review, assess, route, answer and monitor follow up action steps on correspondence.
- Contribute to departmental efforts by accomplishing related duties as required.
Primary Finance Responsibilities include:
- Obtain W-9s for all new vendors
- Assist in completing credit applications for new vendors
- Upload scanned invoice copies into accounts payable software
- Manually key invoices directly into accounts payable software
- Follow-up with vendors regarding any credits or adjustments
- Reconcile credit cards to ensure all receipts have been accounted for
- Reviewing, analyzing Profit & Loss Statements
- Working with Balance Sheets
- Audit and Coach field personnel on invoice submittals and coding
- Facilitate license renewals and manage calendars of recurring deadlines
Operations Support activities such as:
- Monitor daily performance against budgets and targets, including inventory analysis.
- Monitor incoming guest feedback and ensure all guests are contacted within company standards.
- Answer and route phone calls, mail and e-mail messages and may handle wide-range information dissemination.
- Work independently and within a team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects.
Qualifications:
- Following oral and written instructions; reading, writing, and performing mathematical calculations at the level required for successful job performance, adequate typing skills, learning and following policies and procedures of the workplace; communicating effectively, orally or in writing; working cooperatively with others; paying attention to detail.
CHM offers medical/vision/dental insurance, and supplementary benefits options to full time team members, as well as paid time off. Part-time employment for this position at a minimum of 30 hours per week is an option, however Full-time applicants will receive priority.
Hours of Operation are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
