Accounting Assistant
We are looking for an accounting assistant with 1-2 years of experience/ Join a growing company where you can learn and grow and challenge yourself with new opportunities.
Duties:
- Check processing; receive, review, and deposit incoming checks.
- Prepare and distribute checks, make sure checks are endorsed properly
- Draft invoices
- Review estimates
- Document and verify financial information for accuracy and compliance
Experience:
1-2 years of accounting experience, recent college graduates are welcome to apply
Must be up for new challenges, and working at a very fast pace
