Billing Clerk

This position is responsible for handling the billing for the local fleet, LTL fleet, and the Truck load fleet.

1. Responsible for billing of the local fleet, LTL east and west, and the Truck load fleet.

2. Use the logistics software to enter and process orders. This includes scanning and indexing documents to orders.

3. Maintain all data and records relative to shipping and receiving activities.

4. Strictly adhering to standard operating procedures to ensure the accuracy of all shipping and receiving documents.

5. Review and approve invoices, ensuring accurate invoice amounts, accessorial, and pass throughs to driver settlement.

6. Create invoices as needed, to charge customers for pickups or other necessary extra charges.

7. Filing paperwork.

8. Managing Invoices and relations between The Junction and CBX.

9. Other duties as assigned.

Reports to Officer Manager. Supervises no one.

Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach and move about the facility.

• Work performed in a combination of office and warehouse environments.
• In rare cases, exposed to elements such as noise, dust, odors, fumes and cold temperatures.
• Part time. Monday – Wednesday. 8am to 5pm. Open to different hours of the day, but needs to be Monday – Wednesday. Billing needs to be done by Wednesday at 12pm.
• NO PTO or Holiday pay.
• $20.00/hr.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
